Where possible, non-U.S. resident members shall be limited to 50% of the total membership. |
Founding Member
$50,000 (USD) - Principal Investors for the founding of USACC
Founding Member is entitled to all the benefits available to Institutional Member, plus the following:
- Appointment on Advisory Selection Committee to coordinate, organize and promote the USACC’s Asiatech Conference Series and International Deal Making Seminars focusing on many topics such as Globalization, Accessing Capital Markets through IPO, and Mergers & Acquisitions.
- Automatic right to designate a keynote speaker in any event for which USACC is host.
- Eligible to be nominated to the Board of Directors of USACC, subject to its Bylaws.
- Annual membership fee reduced by 70% or similar in-kind contribution, if at least two new members are recruited in the preceding year.
Institutional Member
$25,000 (USD) - Governmental Agencies & Bureaus; Business Development Promotion, Economic Development Promotion, Investment Trade Promotion; Legal & Institutional Financial Community & Services (Attorneys, Investment Banks, Brokers, Underwriters, NOMADs, Accounting Firms, PR Communication Firms, Financial Printing Firms, etc.)
Institutional Member is entitled to all the benefits available to Sustaining Member, plus the following:
- Member’s logo will be included in the Home page of USACC website, and in the newsletters.
- Privilege to request USACC assistance in Business Development, Economic Development, and Investment Trade initiatives, and promotional campaigns to create awareness and exposure
- First preference for a place in a trade mission undertaken by USACC to any destination.
- First preference for a speaking opportunity USACC is asked to recommend on a relevant subject.
- Annual membership fee reduced by 50% or similar in-kind contribution, if at least two new members are recruited in the preceding year..
Sustaining Member
$12,000 (USD) – plus obligation to recruit 5 new members of any category
Sustaining Member is entitled to all the benefits available to Executive Member, plus the following:
- First Tier reserved seating on any function for which USACC is the primary host or sponsor.
- Second preference for a speaking opportunity USACC is asked to recommend on a relevant subject
- Priority to participate in a limited capacity event or occasion.
- Annual membership fee is reduced by one-third or equivalent in-kind contribution, if at least 5 new members in any category are recruited in the preceding year.
Executive Member
$8,000 (USD) – entrepreneurs, investors, philanthropists, prominent community leaders
Executive Member is entitled to all the benefits available to Regular Member, plus the following:
- Fifteen percent discount on any fee paying event or function for which USACC is hosting.
- Fifteen percent discount on fee for any advertisement in any publication published by USACC.
- Annual membership fee is reduced by 30% or equivalent in-kind contribution, if at least 4 new members in any category are recruited in the preceding year.
Associate Member
$3,000 (USD) –associations, non-corporate, non-profit, NGO's, or other affinity Organizations
Associate Member is entitled to all the benefits available to Regular Member, plus the following:
- Exclusivity to represent USACC to their own membership in terms of announcing USACC’s news, events, special opportunities of interest to their organizations, recruitment, etc.
- Annual membership fee is reduced by 25% or equivalent in-kind contribution, if at least 3 new members in any category are recruited in the preceding year.
Regular Member
$2,000 (USD) - corporate or any for-profit organizations
- Member’s logo will be included in the second page of USACC website, and in the newsletters.
- Invitations to attend, present, promote, sponsor, and/or exhibit at USACC’s Asiatech Conference Series and International Deal Making Seminars focusing on many topics such as Globalization, Accessing Capital Markets through IPO, and Mergers & Acquisitions.
- A digital logo and USACC membership emblem will be provided to each Member to use on any print material and Internet document on which its corporate name to appear.
- Second Tier reserved seating on any function for which USACC is the primary host or sponsor.
- Ten percent discount on any fee paying event or function for which USACC is hosting.
- Second preference for a place in a trade mission undertaken by USACC to any destination.
- Second preference for a speaking opportunity if USACC is asked to recommend on a relevant subject.
- Second Priority to participate in a limited capacity event or occasion.
- Commission of 10% on any fees or contributions brought in to USACC by the member.
- Annual membership fee is reduced by 20% or equivalent in-kind contribution, if at least 2 new members in any category are recruited in the preceding year.
